Michelle Miller, BSN-RN
Hello! I’m Michelle, a registered nurse. I grew up in the beautiful state of Idaho and later moved to Tennessee to pursue my Bachelor of Science in Nursing — and to add a bit of adventure to my life. I began my career in Labor and Delivery, where I had the privilege of supporting both new and experienced mothers through one of the most meaningful and vulnerable moments they’ll ever experience. After becoming a mother myself, I transitioned to an ambulatory surgery center, where I’ve developed a strong foundation in caring for patients before and after their procedures. Through these experiences, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming surgery can feel and how alone some people can feel when they return home to recover. That’s why I’m here. My goal is to provide thoughtful, compassionate support throughout your postoperative journey and to help create a healing environment that nurtures both your physical recovery and your emotional well-being. I look forward to walking alongside you through each stage of your recovery.
Abbey Teagle, BSN-RN
Hi, I’m Abbey! I grew up in Montana, where I built a strong appreciation for the outdoors and community. I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people and supporting them, which naturally led me to a career in nursing. Building trust and helping others feel cared for is at the heart of what I do. I now call Idaho home and love the Boise area. I already enjoy serving this community and am excited to do it in a new way through Optimal Recovery Concierge. I have five years of experience as a registered nurse in medical oncology, adult ICU, and both pre and post anesthesia care. Through this work I have gained extensive knowledge in post operative care, helping patients wake up safely from surgery, monitor their recovery, and return home with confidence. I noticed that many patients either don’t have a support system at home or could benefit from extra care once they leave the hospital, which inspired me to co-found Optimal Recovery Concierge. Our service is designed to make the transition home after surgery as comfortable and smooth as possible, providing personalized care that ensures patients feel supported, safe, and well cared for every step of the way.

Base Package
Duration: 4 Hours | Price: $550 Perfect for patients needing essential post-op care and comfort at home. Includes: RN-led post-op assessment & vital sign monitoring Medication review and assistance with administration Pain and nausea management (per physician orders) Incision site inspection & dressing reinforcement Mobility assistance: short walks, safe transfers, bathroom support Fluid & nutrition support: hydration, light meal setup RN liaison: updates to family or provider as needed Thoughtfully assembled care basket to support comfort and recovery Discharge support: Assistance with discharge instructions and arranging safe ride home from surgery center For safety and compliance, RNs cannot transport clients in their personal vehicles. Clients must arrange their own safe ride, and we will assist with discharge and support during the transition home.
Alpine Package
Duration: 8 Hours | Price: $1,050 Extended support and enhanced comfort for a full day of peace of mind. Includes everything in Base, plus: Extended RN monitoring and care for 8 hours Assistance with medication pickup if needed Enhanced comfort care: warm compresses, icing, positioning for pain relief (per surgeon orders) Drain management (if applicable, per surgeon orders)
Peak Package
Duration: 12 Hours | Price: $1,550 Comprehensive overnight care with attentive, personalized support addressing every need as it arises for the most seamless recovery experience. Includes everything in Alpine, plus: Continuous overnight RN presence and attentive bedside care Personalized nighttime comfort: repositioning, warm compresses, ice management Sleep monitoring and early complication awareness Medication reminders and assistance throughout the night Evening/morning transition support: Meal support, hygiene assistance, and mobility preparation Extended communication updates for family or provider Text/Call Support: 12 hours post-visit
